Sandbox_PL.umap over Galactic Arena

Replaces Galactic Arena with the unused stage Sandboc_PL.umap. It was presumably used for testing.
One neat detail is that the end screen with your team has the same camera angle as Galactic Arena originally did in the update it first came out in (before it got fixed), suggesting that it was built off of Sandbox.
